1. This website is owned by UK-Trucking Limited a company registered in England and Wales (company No. 4477666) whose registered office is at Paje House, 164 West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe, Bucks HP12 3AE ("UK-Trucking")
2. By using or subscribing to this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms you should leave this website now.
3. This website has been designed to comply with the laws and regulations applicable in the United Kingdom. If you are accessing this website from outside the United Kingdom please leave this website now.
4. The Services
4.1. The services that we offer to you are those described and made available to you on our
website ("the Services"). The Services that will be available to you will depend on whether you are registered as a member or not and, if so, what level of membership you have subscribed for. 4.2. We will use reasonable efforts to make all Services available to you at all times.
4.3. These Services may be amended from time to time. Notice of any such changes will be given by posting relevant information on the website.
4.4. The Services may occasionally require upgrading, modification or other works making them temporarily unavailable. We will try to keep such interruption to a minimum.
4.5. We cannot verify information supplied to us by third parties as part of the Services you require and accordingly we cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions in it.
5. Your Obligations You agree to:
5.1. use the Services in accordance these terms and any instructions issued by UK-Trucking from time to time;
5.2. pay the charges when due;
5.3. give full and accurate details when submitting your registration form or when supplying information requested by UK-Trucking from time to time;
5.4. grant UK-Trucking a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable royalty free licence to use any information (including trademarks) you provide to UK-Trucking or other users of UK-Trucking Services;
5.5. ensure that such information shall be legal, decent, honest and truthful, shall not infringe any third party's rights, shall not contain any viruses or other malicious conmputer programming routinge and shall not link to any other websites;
5.6. warrant that all the information so requested of and provided by you to UK-Trucking is correct and complete;
5.7. keep secure any User ID, password and /or any other confidential information provided to you by UK-Trucking for the secure use of the Services; and
5.8. notify us of any unauthorised use of such User ID, password and /or any other confidential information or any other breach of security regarding the Services.
6. Payment
6.1. All Services will be charged as per UK-Trucking's price list. UK-Trucking reserves the right to amend these charges from time to time.
6.2. Your initial payment for subscription Services is due when UK-Trucking accepts your Order.
6.3. Your initial payment will include your first 12 months subscription. Payment for any subsequent renewal of the subscription Services will be due on the first day of the new 12 month period. UK-Trucking will contact you not less than 21 days before expiry of any 12 month period to remind you of the due date for payment.
6.4. UK-Trucking may raise additional charges for Services which are not covered by the subscription Services. Such additional charges will be due on demand.
6.5. If payment has not been received within 21 days of its due date, UK-Trucking will:
6.5.1. suspend or cancel provision of the Services to you;
6.5.2. charge interest on all sums outstanding at the rate of 2% above the base rate of The Royal Bank of Scotland plc accrued daily until payment.
6.6. If Services are cancelled under clause 6.5.1 above but payment is subsequently received UK-Trucking will levy a charge for reactivating the Services.
6.7. Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement or agreed by UK-Trucking, all payments are to be made by credit card or debit card. If a payment request is refused by your card issuer or bank for any reason then UK-Trucking will notify you and request payment of all arrears within 28 days of the notice. If you have not paid all arrears within this time UK-Trucking will suspend or cancel provision of the Services to you and take steps to recover monies due.

7. Liability
7.1. You expressly agree that your use of this website is at your own risk.
7.2. UK-Trucking endeavours to provide a service of the highest quality, but cannot guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, reliable or error-free, or that the service selected will reach the intended recipient.
7.3. UK-Trucking provides this website and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or its operation, contents, products, services or third parties referred to on it.
7.4. UK-Trucking does not represent or warrant that information available on this website is accurate, current or complete, and we disclaim any and all representations and warranties, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the full extent permitted by the applicable law.
7.5. In no event shall UK-Trucking be liable to you or to any other person or entity, in any manner (including negligence) for damages of any kind arising from the use of this website, including but not limited to direct,indirect, actual, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, lost income, revenue or profits, lost or damaged data, or other commercial or economic loss, that result from your use of, or inability to use this website, even if UK-Trucking has been advised of the possibility of such damages or such damages are foreseeable by using this website you agree that this limitation will apply to all services, content, goods or services available through this website. In the event that the applicable law does not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or damages, you agree that in no event shall UK-Trucking's total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action of any kind exceed the amount of any subscription charges paid on behalf of your business during the year in which the liability arose
7.6. Any hypertext links to other websites are provided for convenience only, and UK-Trucking assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the contents of those websites linked to, any products or services advertised or sold on those websites, or the manner in which those websites process data about you.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
UK-Trucking takes your privacy and data protection very seriously. By accepting these terms you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of the Privacy Policy and the Copyright Notice.
9. Termination
9.1. After the initial period of subscription ends UK-Trucking will continue to supply you with the Services so long as you continue to pay your charges for subscription Services as and when they are due until this Agreement is terminated in any of the ways described below.
9.2. You may terminate this Agreement by giving UK-Trucking at least one month's written notice provided that UK-Trucking has received all sums due under this Agreement. You are not entitled to recover any proportion of sums you have paid in advance.
9.3. UK-Trucking may terminate this Agreement immediately if:
9.3.1.1. you fail to settle your account on time;
9.3.1.2. UK-Trucking believes you have supplied us with false or misleading information;
9.3.1.3. UK-Trucking believes you are unable to pay the charges;
9.3.1.4. You break an important condition of this Agreement.
9.3.2. you break a number of conditions of this Agreement and fail to correct them within 7 days of UK-Trucking asking you to do so.; or
9.3.3. if your behave in a threatening or abusive manner to UK-Trucking's staff.
9.4. It is your responsibility to cancel all payment mandates associated with this Agreement. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee in refunding any over payments.
10. Miscellaneous Terms
10.1. UK-Trucking reserves the right to vary the terms of this Agreement from time to time so long as your rights are not materially affected.
10.2. This Agreement is personal to you and you may not assign this Agreement to any other person without UK-Trucking's express consent.
10.3. UK-Trucking does not intend that any of the terms of this Agreement will be enforceable by virtue of the Contracts (Rights to Third Parties) Act 1999 by a person not a party to it.
10.4. UK-Trucking will send notices to you to the email address given by you on the Order. They will be deemed served 24 hours after they are sent.
10.5. Any waiver or concession UK-Trucking may allow you is limited to the specific circumstances in which it is given and does not affect UK-Trucking's other rights.
10.6. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements and negotiations.
10.7. These terms shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of England and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for all purposes connected with them.
