Do you intend to operate vehicles with 9 or more passenger seats for hire or reward?

If your answer is no then you do not need a CPC.
If your answer is yes then you need a CPC.

If you intend to operate within Great Britain only, you will need a National CPC.
If you intend to operate on an International basis you will need a National and International CPC
